He previously served on the boards of AMISYS Managed Care Systems, Inc., American Radio Systems, Inc., OTG Software, Inc., SBA Communications Corporation and Transaction Systems, Inc.

Prior to founding ABS Capital in 1990, Mr. Hebb spent more than 20 years with Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated and was President and CEO from 1986 to 1991. In 1986, he took Alex. Brown public. He was the principal architect of Alex. Brown’s innovative industry-specific investment banking units. Mr. Hebb launched the firm’s health care, technology, and media and communications investing groups, and also led its Investment Banking Division before becoming CEO. These focused industry groups became the firm’s hallmark and brought it to a position of national prominence among Wall Street investment banks. The firm brought hundreds of growth companies to the public markets under his leadership and he developed a keen sense of the capabilities required of high quality management teams as well as an understanding of how institutional investors and strategic buyers value these companies through varying market cycles. While running Alex. Brown, a growth company itself, Don encountered many of the management issues that his portfolio company CEOs often face.

Ken Bloom

At INTTRA, Mr. Bloom and his team have worked to revolutionize how ocean freight paperwork is handled. By offering ecommerce solutions that standardize business processes, INTTRA has created tremendous efficiencies for the industry today. INTTRA has consistently grown faster than the freight market and now originates more than 15% of all global container traffic.

Prior to joining INTTRA, Mr. Bloom worked at Stolt-Nielsen, the bulk transportation and logistics company in Norwalk, CT, and at Bain and Company, the management consulting firm headquartered in Boston, MA.
Mr. Bloom is also an independent director for H.J. Baker and Bros, Inc., a private company in Westport, CT engaged in the distribution of bulk fertilizer, feed and sulphur, and for Intermarine, LLC, a leading operator of heavy-lift, ocean-going vessels. In 2007, he was named to the Leadership Roll of the Journal of Commerce, and in 2008 he received the Connie Award from The Containerization and Intermodal Institute. In 2008, he also was named as a New Jersey Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Mr. Bloom has a master's degree in Operation Research from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago.

Jeffrey E. Ganek

Mr. Ganek was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Neustar from 1995 through 2010. Neustar (NYSE: NSR) manages all telephone numbers and the hub directory that is essential to the routing and delivery of all calls in North America. Additionally, Neustar is the provider of directory services key to more than 20% of the traffic on the internet. As Senior Vice President of Communications Industry Services at Lockheed Martin, he founded Neustar as an independent unit and led its spin-out as a private company in 1999. From 1991 - 1995, Mr. Ganek was Senior Vice President – Operations at Global TeleSystems Group, a developer and operator of telecommunications service companies in China, India and Eastern Europe. He led marketing and corporate development initiatives at MCI from 1985 – 1991. Previously, he had finance and marketing responsibilities at AT&T.

Prior to joining ABS Capital in 2001, Mr. Goswami worked in Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s Technology Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. In all, he has nearly ten years of investment banking experience with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs in equity and fixed income financing, as well as M&A. Mr. Goswami's years in banking gave him a wide-ranging skill set allowing him to rapidly assess companies -- both in understanding their business models and their competitive advantages. He frequently worked with boards and CEOs at premier technology growth companies and has a large network of these executives as a result -- which he frequently calls upon when working with his portfolio companies. Before entering investment banking, Mr. Goswami spent four years in the systems practice at Andersen Consulting where he gained a deep understanding of technology and development issues.

Oak Investment PartnersMr. Lockhart is currently a board member of many companies in the technology and finance industries, including RadioShack, Huron Consulting, Vesta, Argus and Acculynk. Throughout his over 25 years of experience, he has held multiple senior level positions where he gained expertise in financial transaction technology.
Mr. Lockhart is also a director of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello) and has served as the president of the board of managers of the University of Virginia and as the chairman of The Darden School Foundation Board of Trustees.

Mr. Lockhart has vast experience in the financial services and consumer banking and payment processing industries and has served in key leadership positions at leading organizations throughout his more than ten years of experience in these areas including president and CEO of MasterCard International, president of Global Retail Bank, Bank of America Corporation, president of consumer services at AT&T. While at MasterCard International, he led the company’s global growth and transition from a consortium to the second largest global card payments company. His many years in the financial services sector and in private equity have given Lockhart a unique insight into technology investments and the global electronic payment process industry. In 1994 he became head of Main Dept. Controlling of Hamburg Süd in Hamburg. From 1999-2004 Mr. Schmidt was Senior Vice President Hamburg Süd North America Inc., and was responsible for Logistics, Finance, Controlling, IT, HR and Customer Service. In 2004 he returned to the head office in Hamburg joining the Executive Board of Directors.

Hanne B. Sørensen
Chief Commercial Officer
Maersk LineMs. Sørensen, Maersk Line's Chief Commercial Officer, is responsible for all Maersk Line's Commercial-related activities around the world.
Ms. Sørensen joined A.P. Moller - Maersk in Copenhagen in 1994 as an economist in Maersk Line's finance and accounting department. From 1997 to 2002, she was CFO in India and Italy. In 2001, she was promoted to the position of Regional CFO for Far East Asia and, in 2002, to global Programme Director for the SAP-based financial system of the container business, and was in charge of implementing the project from the ground up.

From 2006, Ms. Sørensen was domiciled in Genoa, Italy as Group Vice President and Area Manager for the Eastern Mediterranean Region. Encompassing 24 countries, 10 large key clients and more than 1,500 employees, Maersk Line's Eastern Mediterranean business experienced a significant upswing under Ms. Sørensen leadership, regularly outperforming other Areas in selected key areas.
In 2008, Ms. Sørensen took on her present role as Chief Commercial Officer where she is responsible for all Regions, Agency Networks around the world, and all Customer Service and Sales activities.
